No US or other NATO troops can operate these systems in Ukraine, so Ukrainian forces, like other Western weapons, must be trained to use them – and that training will take place outside of their country. Such training may already be well under way, and in general the US military has announced that it will expand its training for Ukrainian forces in Germany from January.
