LeBron James selected two-time MVP Nikola Jokic as the final player on Team LeBron for this year’s NBA All-Star Game.
Actually, it was the Joker who chose himself as he mistakenly thought he was the last player available when Lauri Markkanen was still available.
Last or second to last, the Nuggets superstar didn’t mind at all, saying he wasn’t built for the All-Star Game.
“I wouldn’t call up either. I’m not meant for this game,” the leader of this year’s MVP race said after the game.
Jokic played 20 minutes as a starter and scored 4 points, grabbed 5 rebounds and dished out 6 assists in the loss to Team Giannis (175-184).
