The Milwaukee Bucks are in a solid position after coming off the All-Star break just a half game behind the Boston Celtics. At 41-17, the Bucks have the second-best record in the league and much of that success is thanks to their superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo. In her last game before the break, Giannis injured her wrist, severely limiting him for All-Star celebrations this weekend. He will reportedly be in NYC today for more tests on his wrist.
Milwaukee’s dominance runs throughout Antetokounmpo’s game as he has the ability to mostly score at will. His (31.8) points per game is the third-highest of any player this season and he averages (12.2) rebounds per game. That’s the second highest in the league and only (0.1) behind Domantas Sabonis.
Giannis played smart this weekend and did nothing to risk further injuries. Fans might have wanted to see more, but he had to keep his health and his team in mind when making the decision. Wisconsin sports betting sites have the Bucks at (+525) to win the finals this season.

Giannis will be in NYC today for further testing on his injured wrist
Last night, Giannis Antetokounmpo played just 20 seconds in the All-Star game before subbing in for Bam Adebayo. He played it smart and that’s what Milwaukee fans wanted to see. The All-Star game is meant to be fun and no one wanted to see Giannis continue to get injured.
He was scheduled to compete in the Skills Challenge on Saturday night but stayed out of it as well. The Greek Freak has played and started in 47 games this season and has been everything for the Bucks. When Antetokounmpo plays, everything runs smoothly and the team is always able to win.
The NBA regular season starts again this Thursday and the Bucks don’t play until Friday. As long as his injury is nothing serious, Giannis would have more than a week to recover at this point.
