The game between the Mavericks and the Timberwolves ended prematurely for Luka Doncic. With two minutes left in the third quarter and Dallas 16 points behind, he received a double technical foul and was thrown out for an argument with the umpires.
Doncic complained about a foul that he thought was not named. After Lukas was kicked out, Mavs head coach Jason Kidd stepped in and was also kicked out.
“I probably deserve one, but two – definitely no,” the Slovenian superstar said, per Callie Caplan. “Two is a bit too many. But I deserve the first one, I won’t lie. Certainly not the second, I was really shocked that I got kicked out.”
