Leiomy Maldonado claps back at HBO Max.
The legendary judge is expressing her feelings towards the streamer after it canceled the voguing competition series and took it off the service in early December.
“@hbomax,” the dancer wrote in one Tweet from December 20th. “Gag how you guys just deleted Legendary from your app like it never existed.”
The series followed a group of fashion houses who attend a themed ball in each episode. Throughout the episode, viewers learned more about each house’s inspirational cast and backstories. The series was hosted by Dashaun Wesley and judged by Maldonado, Jameela Jamil, Law Roach and Megan Thee Stallion, who was later replaced by Keke Palmer.
Legendary fell victim to a series of cost-cutting measures at HBO Max, including canceling and removing shows like FBoy Island, Westworld, and Love Life. The series now runs on the third-party system FAST.
