Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James spoke highly of Oklahoma City Thunder point guard Josh Giddey during the 2023 NBA All-Star Weekend.

NBA Australia: “Just wondering if you could talk about Josh Giddey’s game and his season so far?”
James: “Josh Giddey is really, really good man. Obviously a great point guard and a triple-double playmaker every night given his size and distinctive passing game, he can bounce back and has the ability to score in the paint. I think he will keep getting better and better. They have a really good young core over in OKC, and they don’t even have Chet there. But Josh is a really good player along with the other rookies they have this year. Obviously we know first time Shai (All-Star) is really good and the rest of the crew over there. Pretty good player, for sure. You guys should be proud.”
