LeBron James drafted former teammate Kyrie Irving into Team LeBron for this year’s NBA All-Star Game. The two had a rocky relationship in Cleveland, but have respected each other ever since.
Both James and Irving spoke highly of each other. The Lakers superstar said he’s proud of the man Kyrie has become.
“It’s always a great team to back with Kyrie,” said the four-time NBA champion. “You know how I feel about him, both on and off the pitch. So it’s always nice to see him. I’m very proud of him, very proud of the man he has just become in his life.”
