LaVar Ball is not the type of man who forgets things. He was recently asked if his youngest son, LaMelo, would play for the Lakers in the future.
His answer was a resounding “no”. This is because his eldest son, Lonzo, was already a Laker, but the team opted to sell him to the Pelicans to get Anthony Davis.
According to LaVar, if Purple and Gold didn’t want to keep Lonzo, they won’t get LaMelo.

The 21-year-old point guard, who became an NBA All-Star for the first time last year, averaged 23.1 points, 3.4 rebounds and 7.4 assists in 32.7 minutes per game for the Hornets.
