Thankfully, Apple fixed this issue with the release of iOS 16.2, which introduces an option to enable more frequent Live Activity updates.
By enabling this option, you can ensure that your Live Activity widget stays up to date and provides you with the most up-to-date information. This can be especially useful when using Live Activity to follow a fast-moving event like a sports game, or to monitor your workout with the FITIV Plus app. However, it’s worth noting that the battery drains faster as it checks for updates more frequently.
