Jessica Pegula will fight for the double in Doha on Saturday.
Pegula and her trusted pal Coco Gauff clinched the doubles title on Friday with a 6-4, 2-6, 10-7 triumph over second-placed Jelena Ostapenko and Nadia Kichenok.
The win marked a successful title defense for the American tandem. Pegula claims her sixth career title; Gauff claims her seventh. The pair have won four titles together as a tandem, adding this year’s Doha title to last year – they also clinched trophies in Toronto and San Diego in 2022 and reached the final in Roland-Garros.

Gauff and Pegula lost just one set en route to the title.
