Riverdale has found its nemesis for its final season.
Nicholas Barasch has been cast as Julien Blossom, the twin brother of Cheryl Blossom (Madelaine Petsch) in the seventh and final season of the supernatural drama.
Julien is “your classic redhead high school bully,” according to Deadline. “He’s dapper, rich, and extremely entitled. Handsome, athletic and cocky, he always gets his way, but on the rare occasions when he doesn’t — like with Veronica (Camila Mendes) — he makes life miserable for everyone around him. “
The outlet added, “He often clashes with his twin sister, but is also an antagonist to all of our teenage characters, especially Archie (KJ Apa).”

Barasch, who recently landed a stint as the lead role of Orpheus in the first national tour of the hit Tony-winning musical Hadestown, confirmed the news with a celebratory Dec. 20 Instagram post.
