Ferrari has confirmed a Valentine’s Day date for the launch of its 2023 Formula 1 car.
The second team to confirm the unveiling of their new challenger, Formula 1’s most successful and iconic team, will start on Tuesday 14 February – the day after Aston Martin.
Ferrari has not yet revealed any further details about the location or the name of their new car, which will be project-named 675.
But if their previous launches are anything, expect a grandiose affair.
2023 is a big year for Scuderia as they look to turn their newfound competitiveness into a sustained title challenge in 2022.

Ferrari and driver Charles Leclerc led the title standings earlier this season, but a mix of operational and driver errors saw them fall behind before Red Bull dominated the second half of the season.
However, Ferrari openly focused on their 2023 car early on when it became clear they would not be champions.
They will bid for their first title in 15 years following major behind-the-scenes changes, with team boss Mattia Binotto absent and being replaced by Frederic Vasseur, formerly of Alfa Romeo, who starts work in January.

While there’s no overhaul of the rules for next year like there will be for 2022, there are subtle changes to the rules and cars that teams can use.
Most notable is a higher ride height, which is primarily intended to help with porpoise, but could also lead to teams finding power.
Pre-season testing begins in Bahrain the following Thursday, February 23. The 2023 season will then begin the week after pre-season testing at the same Sakhir Circuit in Bahrain from 3-5 March.
