In Wednesday night’s loss to the Sacramento Kings, LeBron James led the Los Angeles Lakers without Russell Westbrook and Anthony Davis with 31 points and 11 assists.
All five Lakers starters scored in double digits. Lonnie Walker IV scored 19 points, Dennis Schroder had 18 and Thomas Bryant added 17 points.
“We need to be more competitive and try harder,” Lakers coach Darvin Ham said on ESPN. “We’re going to find out. That’s why, like us, we’ve put together an amazing staff.”
