Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner burn Miami.
Last year, the singer and Game of Thrones alum bought a waterfront home in the coastal Florida city for just $11 million. The 10,000-square-foot mansion features six bedrooms and nine bathrooms, along with a chef’s kitchen, private dock, spa, billiards room, pool, hot tub, and separate children’s pool.
We are excited about the property which is now listed on the market for just under $17 million by Compass’ Carl Gambino.
Joe previously gave fans a sneak peek inside the home designed by interior designer Sarah Ivory, sharing a picture of himself posing with a guitar on an epic Roche Bobois mah-jong sofa. Ultimately, Joe, 33, and Sophie, 26, wanted their home to reflect the Miami lifestyle while adding a tropical ’70s touch.
“One of the reasons I love the Roche Bobois Mah Jong so much is that it’s timeless, chic and incredibly versatile,” Sarah explained. “We chose this piece for the family room because it’s stylish but relaxed and adaptable to different situations, and we chose the Missoni fabrics because they’re vibrant, cheerful and lush.”
